What is NIPM?
National Institute of Personnel Management is the premier All India Institute of Professionals engaged in Personnel Management, Industrial relations, labour welfare and human resources development. NIPM is a professional, nonprofit making society registered under Societies Registration Act 1960 having a nationwide membership spread over 52 chapters.
The Event
The National Business Quiz has been designed by NIPM as an innovative. Interactive programme to facilitate a copious flow of knowledge and Ideas packaged. Learning through management quizzing is fun and goes beyond the traditional bounds of management training. The competition provides an excellent platform to young post graduate students of MBAIMSW/ MIB to exhibit their talent, leadership skills, knowledge, experience, professional prowess and creativity in preparing them to become "leaders of tomorrow' and thereby win recognition of excellence. The competition is aimed at encouraging competitiveness amongst students on one side and recognizes excellence on the other.
The Content
General Business Awareness and on HR domain Knowledge I Contemporary HR Practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bonafide MBA/MSW/MIB students studying in anyone of the recognized institutions in the region.
- One team consists of two students 3. Any number of teams can participate from an institution.
The Format
This is a Chapter Level competition being held at PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore on 25th of July 2015. There will be a preliminary round of Quiz and the teams selected out of it will appear for the Final Round on the same day. The Winners and the Runners Up will appear for a Regional Level quiz to be held subsequently and the Grand Finale will be held at Coimbatore for the Top Two teams of Regional Level Quiz.
Selection Process
- Written Test
- Preliminary Quiz- all the registered teams will participate in the contest
- Top 10 teams, based on the scores of Written and Preliminary Quiz, will qualify for Semi Finals (2 Semi Finals)
- Top5 teams will qualify for the finals
- Highlight: All the teams will get minimum one chance to contest and gain experience
Entering the Competition
Each team will be required to send the non refundable entry fee along with the registration
form duly filled by 22" July 2015.
