INDUSTRIAL VISIT
The Office Bearers and the members of our Chapter have undertaken and visited M/s. Sakthi Sugars Ltd, Appakudal, and Seshasayee Paper & Boards Ltd, Pallipalayam, Erode Dist. On 4th May 2013. Around 50 participants including HR Professionals, Academicians and Students from various School of Management Studies have participated in the visit. We have discussed with HR Executives regarding various HR Practices,welfare measures and safety measures prevalent in the above mentioned companies. The visit was very useful to our members. It has been decided to undertake similar visitsin the days to come.
