NIPM Hosts Southern Regional Workshop for Office Bearers (2025–27) in Coimbatore

The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), India successfully conducted the Southern Regional Workshop for the newly elected/selected Office Bearers (2025–27) of its Southern Chapters. The event took place on 12th and 13th July 2025 at Hotel Ibis, Coimbatore, and was graciously hosted by the NIPM Coimbatore Chapter.

This memorable gathering brought together leaders from 13 Southern Chapters of NIPM, under the dynamic leadership of Dr. M.H. Raja, National President. The event was further enriched by the presence of esteemed dignitaries from the NIPM National Office:

Mrs. Amruta Tendulkar, Hon. National Treasurer
Dr. Rajendran, Regional Vice President (Southern Region)

Mr. K. Balasubramanian, Chairman of the Coimbatore Chapter, extended a warm welcome to all the distinguished guests and participants.

From the Coimbatore Chapter, the following members actively participated and contributed to the success of the event:
Mr. Muthvelappan, Mr. P. Gandhimathinathan, Mr. Meenakshisundaram, Dr. R. Karthikeyan, Mr. B.N. Binesh Kumar, Mr. J. Prabhu, and Mr. TS Thilak.

The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation and a strong sense of commitment from representatives of the following chapters:
Kerala, Madras, Trivandrum, Trichy, Mangalore, Palakkad, Neyveli, Madurai, Erode, Hosur, Karnataka, Pondicherry, and Salem.

The sessions were filled with energy, collaboration, and a shared vision to elevate NIPM’s impact across the Southern region. Discussions centered around innovative initiatives, impactful Leadership Development Programs, and other HR/IR activities tailored to regional needs.

This workshop marks a promising beginning to a collaborative and forward-thinking term, setting the stage for meaningful progress and stronger connections within the HR community.
