NIPM Coimbatore Chapter Hosts Program on Powering Talent Strategy with Tech-Enabled Solutions on 18th July 2025 at Hotel O by Tamara, Coimbatore. 

The NIPM Coimbatore Chapter, in collaboration with LinkedIn, proudly hosted an engaging session aimed at enhancing the capabilities of our NIPM members and member organizations with cutting-edge insights on leveraging technology for talent strategy enhancement.

Highlights of the Event

• Welcome Address & Introduction

The session commenced with a warm welcome and the introduction of new office bearers and executive committee members by Mr. K. Balasubramanian, Chairman of NIPM Coimbatore and VP – HR at CRI Pumps Pvt Ltd. He set the tone for the event by outlining the significance of talent management at both macro and micro levels, and its impact on business ecosystems.

• Session 1: AI-Powered Transformation: Reshaping the New Economy

Delivered by Mr. Guna Grace, Regional Head – Emerging Markets South at LinkedIn, this session provided actionable insights into talent analysis and underscored how AI-driven approaches are revolutionizing hiring and talent management strategies. Participants gained practical perspectives on implementing global best practices for organizational growth.

• Session 2: Customer Speak – Employer Branding and Growth

Mr. Lionel Paul David, CHRO at Watertec India, shared his experiences in harnessing Employer Branding to drive organizational success and talent mobility. He also discussed how LinkedIn solutions have supported his professional journey and organizational objectives.

• Session 3: LinkedIn Talent Solutions for Data-Driven Decisions

Mr. Sridhar Sundar, Senior Account Executive at LinkedIn, presented an insightful exploration of LinkedIn’s talent solutions. He highlighted the importance of data-driven recruiting, the use of real-time talent market data, and practical strategies for maximizing LinkedIn’s hiring and learning platforms to upskill and reskill internal talent pools.

• Conclusion & Networking

The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Karthikeyan, Hon. Secretary of NIPM and Head - Corporate HRD at LMW, followed by a networking dinner.
