Winning with Gen AI

NIPM Coimbatore Chapter hosted a special interactive session on “Winning with GenAI – Exploring Emerging Trends in HR” at Hindusthan College of Arts & Science.

Our distinguished speaker, Mr. Vasudevan Kidambi (Author | Speaker | Future Skills Coach | Business Transformation Consultant), delivered a thought-provoking session on how HR professionals can:
✅ Grasp the essence of Generative AI
✅ Develop a mindset-first approach
✅ Communicate effectively in the AI era
✅ Apply responsible guardrails for impactful adoption
It was a truly engaging discussion that offered fresh perspectives on how AI can transform HR and business practices when adopted with responsibility and purpose.
